All our garden rooms whether it be a studio or home office comes with 10 years structural warranty. This covers things such as walls, cladding, foundations and roof. There will also be a manufacturer's guarantee with all the doors & windows, heating, and EPDM roofing. We do say our rooms are a life-time product, but we want to make sure you feel secure in being covered!

Do I need planning permission?
In most cases, planning permission is not required due to this type of building is classified as an outbuilding, which can therefore fall under permitted development.
Are Garden Room Studios nationwide?
Yes. We cover and install our studios throughout the UK.

Can I have a site visit?
Most projects will require a site visit at some point, so we can fully understand your needs and requirements. But first, we will create a 3D concept design for you and provide a matching quotation. A site visit can then be done at the cost of £50, which we will then refund if the project goes ahead.
How long does it take to build?
Due to the high specifications and quality of work put into our rooms, we usually say between 4-6 weeks from start to finish. We try to always be realistic, especially when working with concrete foundations and plastered walls that need time to set. On some occasions depending on your project, you will get your keys even sooner!
What kind of return on my investment can I expect?
The installation of one of our studios will add significantly to the value of your property. Typically you can expect to recuperate up to 80% of the studio cost on the value of your house, and in certain prime locations even more. Definitely something to think about!
