CONSULTATION
This is where we initially discuss your very own garden room build, meeting your requirements and budget.
We offer a free virtual site survey to assist this process.
We offer a fully tailored design service if you're not sure on what you would like we can work with existing designs and do everything we can to make your dreams a reality.
BOOK AN INSTALLATION DATE
A £250 holding deposit will guarantee the date of your choice.
Once your date is sorted you can relax and concentrate on your design, options and any extras you may want with the peace of mind knowing your date is guaranteed.

FINALISE YOUR ORDER
Six weeks prior to your scheduled installation date, our team will reach out to finalize crucial details. During this stage, you will receive an electrical plan to verify the placement of lights, switches, sockets, and the consumer unit.
Please note that no further modifications to your garden room or installation date can be accommodated after this phase.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION.
The base and foundations for your new garden room is usually completed one/two weeks prior to your installation date, this gives the base time to cure.
Installation of your Garden Room takes between 7-10 days with the main structure usually being weather tight on the 1st day (weather permitted)
Plastering and paint options can make the completion date weeks later.
All Garden Room Studios are delivered for your installation date and installed by a highly skilled team who pride themselves on their workmanship.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
STEP 1
£250 HOLDING DEPOSIT
Due: at the early stages of your planning
Your holding deposit secures your installation date. This is fully refundable until Six weeks before your installation starts.
STEP 2
50% BUILDING DEPOSIT
Due: 6 weeks before installation
6 weeks prior to installation, we would require a 50% payment. We will contact you to make any final changes to your garden room.
STEP 3
25% REMAINING BALANCE
Due: Day 1 of installation on site.
Your Garden Room typically takes around 7-10 days to install. Once installation is complete and you have signed off your garden room with one of our team, we will require the remaining balance.
